West Coast

These are all cities in the Gulf of Mexico in the southwest of Florida coast. They are one of the most laid -back and desirable places to live in the west coast with pristine beaches and sunsets. Living here is like vacationing every day of the year. People moving to west side of Florida are drawn to world-class golf courses, boating and water sports on the Gulf of Mexico, as well as fine restaurants and luxury shopping in the beautiful downtown areas. A variety of towns and cities line the coast, from laid-back Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach in Manatee County at the mouth of Tampa Bay, to the “Cultural Coast” of Sarasota; from Sanibel Island’s shell-rich beaches, to the “Platinum Coast” of Naples and Marco Island in Collier County.

Tampa

Tampa is a city on Tampa Bay, a major business center, it’s known for its museums and other cultural offerings. It has the popular Busch Gardens is an African-themed amusement park with thrill rides and animal viewing areas in the historic Ybor City neighborhood, developed by Cuban and Spanish cigar- factory workers at the turn of the century. Population 387,916 it’s a one of the best places to live in offers residence an urban suburban mis feel, and most residents rent their homes. Many families and young professionals live in Tampa.

Sarasota

Sarasota is a city south of Tampa on the Gulf, gorgeous miles of beach, powdery white sand. It’s famous for an excellent collection of performing arts companies and an active community of artists. Sarasota is a great place to relocate, if you’re moving from a northern city, you may still consider Sarasota real estate affordable. It’s a great city to stay short or long term for all types of lifestyles.

Fort Myers

Fort Myers is one of the fastest growing cities in the west coast. It’s popular doe its beaches, fishing, and shopping. Great place to grow your business and establish roots also has good schools. It’s home to the Southwest International Airport serving southwest Florida.

Cape Coral

Cape Coral is known for its many canals and home to manatees and great parks. Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserves, Cape Coral Sirenia Vista park where you can kayak through the mangroves. You will be glad to know Cape Coral is the 10 best place to retire or live and relax short term or long term. Has no state income tax and is great outdoors! It’s safe, diverse, and has exceptional dining. Its small down is enchanting and very pet friendly.

Naples

Naples is a stylish community known for its sophisticated downtown, white-sand beaches and top- rated golf courses. The main metropolitan area on Florida's Paradise Coast, Naples has an exclusive yet intimate, small-town feel. For a city its size, it offers an impressive selection shops, restaurants and events. Visitors stroll the tropically landscaped streets and avenues downtown, dotted with sidewalk cafes, boutiques and art galleries. Just a few steps away are the lovely sands of Naples Beach and the Naples Pier, the city’s symbol and its popular for fishing and dolphin spotting destination. Naples It’s a wonderful place to live with nice condominiums on the water or single-family homes you take you pick and live short term or long term.

Marco Island

Marco Island is home to some of the world's most beautiful beaches and offers world-class golf courses nearby, shopping and dining on Marco Island. Marco Island is located at southern tip of Florida's Paradise Coast. A beachfront paradise, located north of the Gulf Coast entrance to Everglades National Park and 15 miles south of Naples. Marco Island, is a beautiful Island to vacation or live in. It has gated communities and high-rise condominiums for rent and sale.
