Rose Isle

Rose Isle is full of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful parks to stay at. If you’re looking for a place that has an urban feel to one day buy a home and raise a family in, then this is the spot for you. Rose Isle is roughly 10 minutes away from Downtown and is surrounded by three lakes you can take a dip in when you need to cool off.

Downtown

Take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful business high risers that fill out the entire city. Choose from some of the best seafood markets to eat from, theaters, clubs, museums, and parks to visit. Downtown offers a wide arrange of business opportunities for entrepreneurs and other professionals who are looking to network or take their careers to the next level.

Baldwin Park

Baldwin Park is considered one of the top upscale areas in Orlando where you can enjoy fancy eats, a wide array of architectural exteriors and a ton of places to shop at. If you’re looking for a safe, well-groomed little downtown area, to find a great place to work, play and invest in, then this is your neighborhood. There are tons of single and family housing options to browse from when you’re in the process of relocating.

Thornton Park

For those looking to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, and enjoy older neighborhoods with a rich history, you may want to settle in Thornton Park, a neighborhood with many beautiful and historic homes and landmarks, also known for its fine dining and high-end shopping. It’s a very popular option for professionals who wish to be within walking distance of the downtown area.

Park Lake / Highland

In between two lakes and about 5 minutes away from Downtown, Park Lake/Highland is one of the best urban areas to reside in. Lake Eola Heights

Kissimmee

Close to Kissimmee and about 20 minutes from downtown Orlando, Altamonte is famous for its low tax rates and historic Uptown buildings. Hunter's Creek

If you are looking for a small-town suburban feel, Heathrow may be what you are looking for. The population is less than 6,000 and it is known for its events and top-notch school system. The homes in this neighborhood, also in Hunter’s Creek, are above average price in the area, but the privacy is definitely worth it. One of the best places to live in Florida.

Oviedo

Oviedo es also a popular area for families looking for a community feel, while still keeping its residents a short driving distance to the neighboring towns of Orlando and Kissimmee and Sanford. Located only 20 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando, Oviedo offers easy access to all the attractions that come along with Central Florida. In recent years, the city has ranked highly in the most livable city category in many travel magazines. Its proximity to universities and research facilities means a higher-than-average level of education and household income.

Sanford

Sanford is in Seminole County and it is considered one of the best places to live in Florida. Sanford offers its residents a suburban feel and with plenty of homes and apartments to choose from if you are moving to the Orlando area. Many young professionals choose to live here and commute to Orlando for work. Sanford is also a top area for families in Sanford since its public schools are highly rated.
